Brand, trademark, clinical protocols, surgical SOPs, pharma partnerships, training, marketing playbook, EHR — delivered turnkey.

Lifetime Partnership

20% of gross revenue, in perpetuity. A guaranteed buyout option after year five — at a fixed multiple of EBITDA.
